Another Bump in the Road

Thankfully Peyton is home and doing very well, she came home last Tuesday. They all went to the Dr that day and are growing well. Evan weighed in at 9.11, Addyson 8.7 and Peyton 6.5. We have to try to beef Peyton up a bit, but I think she fell behind from being sick. So, all was going well until Friday. I went to the Urgent Care thinking I had horrible heartburn that wouldn't go away. Turns out it was my galbladder. I ended up in the hospital and had my gallbladder and gallstones stuck in my bile duct removed. Two separate surgeries but they were able to do them both at the same time. Jeff was home with the babies so I was flying so lo. A little scary not having anyone there, it was my 1st time having surgery other than the C-section. Jeff did arrive right before I went into surgery so that was a little more comforting. Again our families and friends came to the rescue. They have been at our house around the clock or the babies went to someone else's house to be cared for. I was supposed to go back to work Monday so thankfully we had daycare all lined up so I can recover at home this week while they are at daycare. Then in the evenings we have a house full again to help care for the babies. I'm finally feeling a little bit better today. It was rough there for awhile. I've learned more about gallbladders then I ever thought I'd need to know. I'm very relieved though that I won't have any more attacks or what I thought was horrible heartburn. Next week we will try to have a normal week and I will be able to get back to work. Daycare is going great!
